Elective Staffing was founded by Amelia Garcia in 2018, drawing upon her extensive experience in staffing, spanning over fifteen years, to offer consultative and strategic staffing solutions to clients and candidates across the Mid-South region. Since then, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its presence to over nine locations nationwide.
Our agency specializes in placing candidates in a diverse array of roles, including temporary and contract positions, direct hire, and temp-to-hire positions, across a broad spectrum of industries such as manufacturing and distribution, lumping services, clerical work, transportation, customer service, logistics, construction, landscaping, and hospitality.
